LAN Segmentation

LAN segmentation refers to the practice of dividing a local area network (LAN) into multiple smaller networks or segments. This can be done for security reasons, to improve network performance, or to better organize network traffic.

By segmenting a LAN, network administrators can control access to different parts of the network and isolate any network issues that may arise.
